Area: Solihull Refurbishment of Block E

Requirement: Sprinkler replacement

Airwright Midland was asked to provide VCUK with a laydown access scaffold built off steelwork to enable the replacement of the existing sprinkler system in Block E.  Due to the work area being a live working environment the scaffolds were erected out of hours to ensure there was no impact on one of the UK’s leading car manufacturers production.

In partnership with Optima Design, Airwright Midland erected a traditional tube and fitting platform from MEWPs at a height of 10m providing safe working platforms.
