Apprentices and Training

We are proud of our workforce and, with first-hand experience of working out in the field, our management team understand how important it is to ensure staff are equipped with the best skills to do the job.

Airwright Midland is committed to the full registration of all our workforce under the CISRS scheme, investing extensively in on-going training. 90% of our workforce is under 35, and a number of our employees are apprentices. We are committed to supporting grass roots talent, and aim to recruit 10 apprentices each year once the Airwright Midland Apprenticeship Programme launches.

Charitable Causes

Each year, we adopt a charity as part of our wider corporate responsibility strategy, helping raise as much money as possible for local causes.

Whether it’s running marathons, organising golf days, or staff fundraising activities, each and every one of our employees is encouraged to give back in whatever way they can.
