With over a decade’s scaffolding experience, Ben knows the trade inside out. As an experienced and trained scaffolder, Ben has the technical and practical knowledge to drive the business forward.
In 2011 Ben started the company, and has since enabled the investment of over £1 million in equipment.
Nicola has been with Airwright Midland since the business established in 2011, and is joint owner of the company.
Nicola has a long history of working in the construction industry and has worked for a number of scaffolding companies, as well as a national bank. Combining the two roles, Nicola is the Finance Director for the business, responsible for all financial affairs.
Having undertaken a long career in retail management, Laura has extensive experience of team and facilities management, and is responsible for transport, HR, marketing, training and recruitment.
Laura is also leading the development of the Airwright Midland apprenticeship programme, as well as the CSR activities of the business.
